Jilian is a multidisciplinary creative specializing in immersive storytelling. Blending her love of connecting to audiences with her performing talents, Jilian is a roving performer often appearing at public events with Dream Party Productions or Fairest Skye Parties portraying beloved characters from superheroes to princesses. This experience led her to create her original tarot reader character which stars in her solo show Confessions of a Mystic.‍ ‍

Providing a valuable foundation for her acting work, Jilian has been a pianist for over 15 years has intermediate music theory education. Playing in both solo and ensemble environments including musical theatre. She also has over a decade of choral experience.

Enjoying storytelling multiple mediums, Jilian writes plays, short films and prose fiction. Currently, she studies in the Associate of Arts Creative Writing Degree Program at Langara College. Jilian has credits in almost every department on set and has acted in multiple indie films and commercials. Taking the lessons she learned from working various roles on set, Jilian has gone on to direct/produce short films, including her Shakespearean remix short films "Botanical Bards" and “Tides of March” which were created in 48 hours for the RunNGun Film Competition. Aside from her narrative works, she's also written an op-ed piece for Oceanwise.
